If you want to book the Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain with Wayki Bus, full payment is required at the time of booking and must be completed at least 24 hours before the tour departure.

Clients must provide accurate personal information (full name, passport/ID if required).
Incorrect information may affect access to the tour, and no refund will apply in such cases.
Tour schedules may vary depending on weather conditions, sea conditions, and port authority regulations. The operator reserves the right to modify departure times or itinerary for safety reasons.
Participants must be ready at the designated pickup point at the confirmed time.
Due to the nature of the tour (early departures and long distances), delays cannot be accommodated.
Late arrivals or no-shows will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
The trek is subject to weather conditions and terrain factors. The operator reserves the right to modify, shorten, or cancel the route if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed exclusively through the original booking platform or via PayPal.
Clients acknowledge that third-party platforms (including payment gateways and booking systems) may apply their own transaction or processing fees. WaykiBus is not responsible for, nor does it assume, any additional charges, currency exchange differences, or transaction fees imposed by such platforms.
Additionally, all approved refunds are subject to a 22% administrative and tax processing fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Please note that once a refund is approved, it will be processed within a period of up to 7 business days.
By confirming a reservation, the client expressly acknowledges and accepts these conditions, including any applicable deductions and processing times.
Cancellation & Changes of your ticket:
*NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel one day before the tour before 5:00 pm (Peru time), a 22% administration fee will apply. After this time, there’s a 100% no-show & cancelation fee.
*CHANGES: Any changes to the Bus ticket date MUST be done 24hrs before the tour begins.
