Unfortunately, we cannot delay departures for late passengers.

Children under 18 years old must always travel accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising minors during the trip
• Ensuring children remain seated when required
• Respecting safety instructions provided by the driver or Wayki Guide

For safety reasons, children must occupy their own seat during the journey.

If you are traveling with infants or young children, we recommend informing our team in advance so we can provide the best possible assistance.

Each WaykiBus departure is accompanied by a Wayki Guide (local expert) who assists passengers and ensures the trip runs smoothly.

Passengers are expected to respect the guide’s instructions and fellow travelers to maintain a pleasant travel environment for everyone.

In rare situations where a passenger’s behavior seriously disrupts the safety or comfort of the group, the guide reserves the right to remove that passenger from the service without refund

• Traffic accidents
• Police checkpoints or security controls
• Strikes, protests, or civil demonstrations
• Government restrictions or states of emergency

In such situations, WaykiBus reserves the right to modify routes, adjust schedules, or make necessary operational decisions to ensure passenger safety.

Our team will always inform passengers as soon as possible and work to provide the best possible alternative solution.

We kindly ask travelers for their flexibility and understanding, as these circumstances are outside the company’s control and safety will always remain our top priority

To ensure a comfortable journey for all passengers, WaykiBus allows travelers to bring one main piece of luggage and one small personal item on board.

Main Luggage (stored in the luggage compartment):

• 1 suitcase or backpack per passenger
• Maximum recommended weight: 23 kg (50 lbs)

Personal Item (inside the bus):

• Small backpack, purse, or day bag
• Must fit under the seat or in the overhead space

Passengers are responsible for keeping valuable items such as passports, money, electronics, and important documents in their personal bags at all times.

WaykiBus cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

If you are traveling with oversized luggage or special equipment, please contact our team in advance so we can assist you.

Before arriving at each destination, our team reminds passengers to check their seats and personal belongings.

WaykiBus cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the trip.

If any belongings are found by our team, they will be stored in our Lost & Found department for up to 30 days.

After this period, unclaimed items may be donated to local communities in Cusco as part of our social responsibility program.

At WaykiBus, we kindly ask all passengers to respect and properly use the facilities of our vehicles so everyone can enjoy a safe and comfortable journey.

Any damage caused to the bus by a passenger — including seats, windows, curtains, seat belts, or other equipment — must be covered by the traveler responsible for the damage, including the cost of repair or replacement.

WaykiBus reserves the right to cancel a passenger’s ticket or remove them from the service without refund if any of the following situations occur:

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior that affects other passengers
• Smoking inside the bus
• Sexual harassment toward any passenger or staff member
• Consumption or possession of illegal drugs or narcotics
• Any illegal activity that threatens the health, safety, or well-being of the group
• Causing damage to the bus or to the belongings of other travelers

Regarding alcohol consumption, this may be permitted only with the prior agreement of the group and guide, provided it does not disturb other passengers or compromise safety.

Our goal is simply to ensure that everyone on board enjoys a comfortable and respectful travel experience.

Passengers are strictly prohibited from carrying or transporting illegal drugs or narcotics on any WaykiBus service.

If law enforcement authorities discover illegal substances in a passenger’s personal belongings, luggage, or bags, the traveler will be solely responsible for any legal consequences.

WaykiBus will not assume any responsibility or liability in such situations. Travelers must comply with all local laws and regulations in Peru.

WaykiBus strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip.

Travel insurance can help cover unexpected situations such as:

• Trip cancellations or interruptions
• Medical emergencies
• Lost or delayed luggage
• Travel delays or unforeseen events

WaykiBus reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule a service due to unforeseen operational, administrative, road, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If WaykiBus cancels the service and no suitable alternative arrangement is available or accepted by the passenger, the passenger will receive a full refund for the affected service.

Whenever reasonably possible, passengers will be notified of any cancellation, modification, or schedule change using the contact information provided at the time of booking, including telephone number or email address.

The timing of any notification will depend on the nature, urgency, and severity of the circumstances causing the change.

WaykiBus may also experience delays or schedule changes due to traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, WaykiBus will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on passengers and continue the service safely.

For the Lima → Huacachina route with a scheduled Paracas stop, the timing of the Paracas stop may be adjusted when necessary due to traffic, weather, operational conditions, or delays affecting the journey. The safety and continuity of the overall service will always take priority.

If an optional activity in Paracas, such as the Ballestas Islands tour or Paracas National Reserve experience, is affected by circumstances beyond WaykiBus’s control, the conditions applicable to that specific activity or local operator will apply.

WaykiBus is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by passengers as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including missed accommodation, onward transportation, activities, flights, or other personal arrangements.

All services, modifications, cancellations, refunds, and the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Peru.
