If you want to book the Mini buggy tour through the Paracas Desert with Wayki Bus, full payment is required at the time of booking and must be completed at least 24 hours before the tour departure.

Clients must provide accurate personal information (full name, passport/ID if required).
Incorrect information may affect access to the tour, and no refund will apply in such cases.
The activity is subject to weather and environmental conditions within the Paracas National Reserve.
The operator reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel the activity if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Passengers must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure time.
Late arrivals or no-shows will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or park restrictions), the activity may be modified or canceled without liability.
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed exclusively through the original booking platform or via PayPal.
Clients acknowledge that third-party platforms (including payment gateways and booking systems) may apply their own transaction or processing fees. WaykiBus is not responsible for, nor does it assume, any additional charges, currency exchange differences, or transaction fees imposed by such platforms.
Additionally, all approved refunds are subject to a 22% administrative and tax processing fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Please note that once a refund is approved, it will be processed within a period of up to 7 business days.

*NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel one day before the tour before 5:00 pm (Peru time), a 22% administration fee will apply. After this time, there’s a 100% no-show & cancelation fee.
