Overview

• In Lima: The pick-up service is only carried out around Miraflores and Barranco districts. If you are staying in different areas (Airbnb send us a email), let us know at the time of booking. We will contact you and let you know where your pick up will be.

Choose between 2 bus options from Lima:

05.30am Express Route:

Allows you to arrive earlier to Paracas, do the Ballestas Island boat tour 2hrs (included), and continue the same day with the bus to Huacachina (ideal for those short on time and for some would rather not spend 1 night in Paracas)

08:30am Regular Route:

Direct 3hrs bus to Paracas (ideal for those who prefer not to spend at least 1 night in Paracas)

• In Paracas: Meeting point in Paracas (Paracas Explorer tour operator). Buses depart at 12:00pm (11.45am)
• In Huacachina: Meeting point is Bananas Hostel (within 80 metres of all major hostels & hotels). Buses depart at 19:30pm
• In Arequipa: Drop off and pick up hotel or hostel services are only carried out around the Arequipa downtown. Bus starts pickups between 19.00pm – 19:30pm.

Upon your arrival at the bus terminal our personal will wait you and after will take you to your Hostel/hotel. We ask you to let us know the information of your drop-off location in advance, before your departure (In Huacachina).

• In Cusco: The drop-off service is only carried out around the Cusco downtown city.

VERY IMPORTANT:

Pick up service always start 1 hr before bus departure (check your bus departure). Be ready to at your hostel reception, we can arrive at any moment. About meeting point (10 min before)

Ballestas Island:Be aware that the weather in Paracas (sand rain) is sometimes unpredictable. This means that if for reasons of bad weather the tour to the Ballestas Islands (offshore) could be cancelled, if this happened we would opt for a second option Bahia Blanca Tour, which is a small version of the Ballestas Islands. You will be able to appreciate the same marine species and migratory birds, the difference being that it is located close to the bay.

If there is intense bad weather on the day of the tour and we will not be able to leave by boat, we will continue with the tour to the Paracas Reserve, here you can visit: The Cathedral, the Isthmus and the famous Red Beach. This is a photography tour. Nature usually plays tricks on us; as well as very good.

Many times the weather tends to change suddenly, and many times waiting a bit made it possible for everyone to visit the Ballestas Islands. But it is not always guaranteed. We ask for your understanding, especially if you are traveling through Peru. We make these changes for your safety, most importantly.

Sunset: From our experience, the weather in Ica is usually hot almost always throughout the year. But sometimes for reasons that we do not know (rarely) it is usually a little cloudy in the city and even in the oasis. Should this happen, we ask for your understanding.

To consider

*Keep in mind that during Holy Week (28 – 31 MARCH 2024 EASTER WEEKEND), National Holidays (26- 31 JULY 2024 Celebration of the Independence of Peru), Christmas and New Year. The tours: Ballestas Island and Dune buggy & sandboard have a duration of 1hr.

*Also consider that traveling during this time, it may be a bit uncomfortable due to the influx of local and foreign travelers. We may have to wait a little longer than normal.

If want to book the pass Get to Cusco without Nazca & Puno/with Wayki Bus, we will require 100% of the total amount at booking time 12 hrs. before the bus leaves. For any last-minute booking, send us a message on our Whatsapp number at +51 932 633 770. We may have places left for you.

Our passes allow to hop off when you decide to do. You can stay at any our stops as long as you want. Before leave the bus, you have to sign our hop off form. Dont forget to let us know when your next bus will be 24hrs befores bus leaves, during office time (5am – 6pm), peruvian time. If you follow our recommended plan, then all good.

You Know already that your Wayki ticket is valid for a year, so to Hop On on the bus, we will ask you to send us a message through our WhatsApp number + 51 932 633 770 24hrs before the bus leaves, office time (5am – 6pm) peruvian time to confirm with us when you will catch your next bus. You can tell us at the time of drop off as well.

If you missed the bus at any destination. You can continue on your own, catch the bus at the next destination, and continue with us. Any extra expenses of this type will be covered by you. No refund is applied

We can reschedule your bus if you wish, but this will incur an additional cost. Send us a message on our WhatsApp at + 51 932 633 770 during working hours (5am – 6pm).

• If you decided not to participate in a tour included in your bus ticket or extra that you have reserved, you should know that NO refund applies.
• If you did not arrive on time for the tour and you lose it, you should know that a refund does NOT apply.

Cancellation & Changes of your ticket:

*NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel 1 day prior to the tour before 5:00 pm (Peru time), a 10% administration fee will apply. After this time, there’s a 100% no-show & cancellation fee.

You will receive your money in 10 working days.

Very Important: An administrative expense will be applied to this operation that our part is excepted. This may vary depending on the means we use (Paypal / Money Gram / Western Union / Bank Transfer).

*CHANGES: Any changes to the Bus ticket date MUST be done 48hrs before the bus leaves.

We guarantee that our trips will depart once they have a fully paid traveler. There is no minimum group size and we will not cancel the itinerary. We may cancel a trip, BUS TRIP, OR TOUR at any time prior to departure if unavoidable/extraordinary circumstances occur (natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, bad weather, war, political instability such as strikes, or outbreak of diseases that may cause risk to the health), or for any reason, that means that it is not feasible for us to operate the planned itinerary.

If we cancel your TRIP / BUS TOUR, you can transfer the amount paid to an alternative departure date or get a refund of your money. If I use part of the service, then the amount generated up to the moment of the suspension of the service will be deducted. You will receive your money in 10 business days.

If we have to cancel, we will let you know as soon as possible.

The Company reserves the right to change the itinerary of the trip due to the causes mentioned above, local circumstances, or events beyond our control. In such emergency circumstances, you will cover the additional cost of any necessary changes to the itinerary.

It can be in Paracas or Cusco. We have partnership with many hostels around Peru, so you can stay at any of them. The accommodation is in dorm. We ask you to let us know before you departure from Lima where do you want to take this service so can keep you a place even more if you think to stay in Paracas. This service includes only 1 night.

NO TAKING the free accommodation doesnt mean any refund or discount.

Traveling on weekends: If you do during this time, and probably you book your bus 1 day befores departure. We cant garantee you a place to stay specially in Paracas, so you automaticaly will take the Cusco free accommodation.

We recommend to book you accommodation in advance at any place around Peru if you think to stay during weekend and even more during high season (Jun – Oct)
