*If you have ever practiced snowboarding or skiing and you feel confident that you can do the sandbaord, which is similar to that in the snow, you can choose to rent the snowboard or ski at booking time (12 USD). Dont forget to mention which shoe size you are.
*Trek discounts are valid only for: Salkantay Trek 5d4n | 4d3n by train or bus, Inca Jungle 4d3n | 3d2n by train or bus.
*Machu Picchu Tour discount is valid for: 2d1n by train or car, and full day by train.

*In Arequipa : The pick up services (20:00pm) are only carried out around the downtown of this city. If you are staying in different areas, please let us know at booking time. We will let you where we are going to pick up you.
*In Huacachina: Small oasis where everything is closer, for that reason here we have as well a MEETING POINT (Casa de Bamboo) from where we are going to do the drop off and pick up service (6:30pm – next bus).
*In Paracas: Small bay. Here we have MEETING POINT (Paracas explorer tour operator), from where we are going to do the drop off and pick up service (7.45pm – next bus).
*In Lima: The drop off service is only carried out around Miraflores and Barranco districts. If you are staying in different areas, we will drop off you by Kennedy Park in Miraflores.
If want to book the bus ticket Canyon to Lima without Nazca with Wayki Bus, we will require 100% of the full amount at booking time 24 hrs. before bus leaves. For any last minute booking pleasde send us a messages to our Whatsapp number +51 932 633 770, we may have places left for you.
Every time we arrive at our destinations, you will be put on hold until you confirm the day of your next bus. Send us a message through our WhatsApp (faster & easier respond). If you don’t do it, we will understand that you want to stay longer in the city. We always recommend doing it 24 hours before the next bus departure.
You Know already that your Wayki ticket is valid for a year, so to Hop On on the bus, we will ask you to send us a message through our WhatsApp number + 51 932 633 770 24hrs before the bus leaves to confirm us when are you will catch the next bus or DO this at the drop off time with your wayki guide.
If you missed the bus at any destination, and extra charge will incurred (bus ticket) according the destination. If you decide to go by your own and continue with your pass on the next destinations, then you can do.
In destinations like Huacachina, Paracas and Lima no extra charges are applied in case you miss the bus, but always we ask to let us know in advance 24hrs before if you will take the bus or not, because we cant garantee You a place if you show up in the last minute….
Cancelation & Changes of your ticket:
*NO SHOWS & CANCELATIONS: If you cancel 1 day prior to the tour before 5:00 pm (Peru time), a 10% administration fee will apply. After this time, there’s a 100% no-show & cancelation fee.
*CHANGES: Any changes to the Bus ticket date MUST be done 48hrs before bus leaves.
