Our buses are guided by a representative of the company WG (Wayki guide / local expert), who will act as responsible on the bus. The decisions made by the group leader are final in all matters that may affect the safety or well-being of any traveler or staff member who participates in the bus trip.
You agree to comply with the decisions made by the group leader and agree not to interfere with the group’s welfare or mobility whilst traveling with the company, otherwise, the group leader may indicate that you leave the bus trip immediately, without the right to reimbursement. When a customer is excluded, the Company will have no further liability to them (including return travel arrangements) and we will not cover any expense or cost incurred as a result of the exclusion.
Any damage to the bus (seats, windows, curtains, seat belts, etc.) caused by the traveler. Its replacement or repair will be assumed by the traveler. We strongly request the proper use of the vehicle’s facilities.
